The convention of the curious and bizarre has begun.  The 10 day event will showcase the strangest, the most bizarre individuals this side of planet Coney.  You’ll hear lectures and witness the lengths people will go to, to amaze and bewilder you.

The Coney Island USA cultural arts organization brings us this annual event: "Congress of Curious People".  The spectacle started yesterday.  So, get your tickets before they run out.  This ten day event (now nine left) takes place at Sideshows by the Seashore and at the Freak Bar in the Coney Island USA building from April 8th to the 17th 2011.

From CIUSA:

The Congress is a ten-day series of lectures, performances and symposia exploring curiosity and curiosities, broadly considered.
