This year's filmmakers and a few actors give praise and wonderful comments to the awesome work by festival director, Rob Leddy and his crew for the 8th Annual 2008 Coney Island Film Festival. Here's a comment from Peter LiPera who premiered his documentary, "Save Coney Island - the movie" at this year's festival.
I would first like to thank Rob Leddy, for a wonderful job with the festival. From opening night, booze, burlesque and sideshows, till the closing ceremony, bumper cars, everything was true to the Coney Island spirit. The Coney Island Film Festival is truly good until the last drop! 125 films with a beach and boardwalk right down the street... I mean what more can you ask for in a festival? Thank you to everyone involved with the magical weekend!
Peter LiPera - "Save Coney Island".
