Save Coney And Lola Staar Are Bringing Coney Back!!

In an announcement of immediate release the Save Coney Island group and Lola Staar are bringing back Coney....to Manhattan that is....and only for one chilly night! They will be rocking the streets of the West Village with their hot pink and glittering float. With dancers, roller skaters, music blasts, and pink fun galore. So make your way down there tonight and join and cheer on the Save Coney Island Revolution.

What time?
Meet up between 6 and 6:30 on Friday, October 31st! We will be having a pre-parade dance party around the Dreamland Float so get there early!! This will be a great opportunity to photograph and interview participants before we embark!!

Where to Meet?
At the Dreamland Roller Rink/Save Coney Island Float (look for the glowing hot pink float!!) on 6th Avenue around Spring Street. We are "Coney Island Group 9"

What to Expect?
The parade steps off at 7 PM from Sixth Avenue at Spring Street, marching straight up Sixth Avenue at a leisurely 1-block-every-5-minute-pace, allowing for performance. The parade ends at 21st and 22nd Streets, about 1 1/4 miles in just over an hour and a half.
