A meeting of the Members and a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Coney Island Development Corporation (“CIDC”) will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2007, at Our Lady of Solace Auditorium, 2866 West 17th Street, Brooklyn, New York. Please enter at the back of the building on Mermaid Avenue.
The Members meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by the Directors meeting at 6:35 p.m.
