Image courtesy of Rubys Host (Flickr.com)Whether or not the planks at Coney Island's boardwalk lined directly in front of Ruby's Bar & Grill and other businesses will be replaced by Easter as promised, folks will be anxious to start enjoying Coney's view of the ocean and salty breeze as they gulp down a cold one of their choice. Ruby's Bar & Grill is gearing up to sign their 2009 lease and soon to be launching a website so it looks like they're getting ready for a full season.
