Coney Island's Ruby's Bar & Grill Will Open On Easter

Ruby's has successfully negotiated with Thor Equities, their landlord, and has set their opening day for Easter Sunday, April 12th 2009. Of course, they're going to need for the public to have access to the bar & grill, therefore the planks on the boardwalk would still have to be replaced as promised by the Parks Department.

Ruby's press release states:

Assuming everything goes as planned, come on out and enjoy spring at the beach with Ruby’s, The Cyclone and The Wonder Wheel among “old”
